Following the great success of its inaugural series in May 2023, Icons of Eataly: Pizza Edition will highlight six kinds of Neapolitan pizza, and two different styles of Roman pizza.

The 6-month series will feature an ongoing program of special dishes, classes, and events dedicated to the humble combination of flour and water that has become one of Italy’s finest culinary achievements.
