INGREDIENTS

280 g spaghetti

30 g extra virgin olive oil, plus more for serving

1 clove of garlic, minced

2 (12 oz) Così Com’è Pizzutello Tomato Puree

Fresh basil, to taste

Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Add the spaghetti and cook 7 minutes. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat 30g olive oil over medium-high. Add the garlic and cook 30 seconds, until fragrant. Add the tomato puree and cook 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Drain the spaghetti and add it to the skillet with the tomato puree. Continue cooking for another 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove skillet from the heat and add fresh basil, as desired, and an extra drizzle of olive oil.
