Icon of Eataly | Pizza Lab - A Neapolitan-Style Class and Lunch

Icons of Eataly: This year Eataly introduced a project to celebrate Italy’s most beloved and iconic dishes. Named Icons of Eataly, the series will feature an ongoing program of special dishes, classes, and events dedicated to the quality ingredients and traditional techniques of each dish. Come and learn about October's Icon of Eataly: Pizza! 

Nota bene: This is an in-person pizza-making hands-on class.  

Join us as at Eataly's La Pizza & La Pasta Restaurant, where we will give you an insider’s view into Eataly's delicious, Neapolitan-style pizza! 

Our pizzaioli from Rossopomodoro are passionate about making authentic pizza that transports your taste buds to the city of Napoli, the birthplace of pizza. One of our expert pizza makers will host this pizza-making hands-on class right in Eataly's La Pizza & La Pasta restaurant, showing you how they make and build Neapolitan-style pizza.

In these workshops, you will learn from our pizzaioli how to create and shape dough as they share the history of Neapolitan-style pizza. Our pizzaioli will fire their creations right before your eyes in Eataly’s wood-burning golden ovens, imported from Italy and assembled brick by brick in our pizza restaurant. During the class, you’ll enjoy a glass of wine or beer, one antipasto, and an entire pizza. Plus, we’ll send you home with a fresh ball of pizza dough so you can practice what you learned!

• Seating is guaranteed. Check-in starts 10 minutes before the start of class.
• Class duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes. Menu is subject to slight change.
• Please notify us in advance if you have any dietary restrictions. If we are not notified ahead of time of any special needs, we may not be able to accommodate them. 
• All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce valid U.S. government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older.
