Join us this month to learn all about this iconic Italian dish and the wines that pair perfectly with each bite. In this private session, enjoy an intimate dinner inside Eataly’s La Pizza & La Pasta restaurant, where you will sit alongside Wylie Dufresne to learn about the methods and flavors of his pizzeria, Stretch Pizza. Taste a vast selection of vino paired perfectly with pizza, all guided by the wine experts and Wylie Dufresne himself. This elevated dining experience is an exclusive opportunity to discuss and learn directly from the the chefs and experts while enjoying a curated pizza and wine dinner.

About Wylie Dufresne and Stretch Pizza: Wylie Dufresne, after honing his skills in French restaurants and capture the world’s attention at wd-50, set to open Stretch, a Flatiron District pizzeria with a fun new approach to America’s favorite food. Founded in March of 2023, the restaurant stays true to what pizza fans love about New York-style pies—the crunch and the chew of the crust, the classic red sauce, the cheese pull— with a menu that stretches far beyond the standards. All pizzas are 12 inches, a break from tradition but one that gives everyone a chance to indulge in more than one slice.
