Italian Bakers White Pie Dish

The Italian Bakers White Pie Dish is a part of Vietri's new line of bakeware: the Italian Bakers. With a scalloped edge and a classic white color, this pie dish is handcrafted of Italian stoneware in Umbria.
Use this bakeware for all of you pies, like a classic crostata alla marmellata! The baker is dishwasher safe - we recommend using a non-citrus, non-abrasive detergent on the air dry cycle - microwave safe, and oven safe up to 400°F. We recommend allowing items to cool before taking them out of the microwave and oven or using an oven mitt. This item is freezer safe, but please allow it to return to room temperature before putting it into the oven.
