Start your evening with options from our Polenta Bar — a creamy, stone-ground cornmeal served on a wooden board. Follow it with indulgent Fonduta di Formaggio, an Italian twist on Swiss fondue made with Fontina DOP cheese and served with focaccia croutons for dipping. Don't miss the Canederli! These bread and speck gnocchi from the region of Trentino-Alto Adige are served with Urbani Winter Black Truffle.
The seasonal beverage menu includes a selection of the best wines from Italy’s Northern regions, plus cocktails meant to warm you up from the winter cold — from hot toddies to the Bombardino, an Italian egg nog drink.
