Our bakery produces freshly-baked bread for all Eataly restaurants, counters, and the market from select freshly-milled flours, and a time-honored mother yeast. Our stone-ground flours are sourced from the best of Italy: Mulino Marino in Piemonte, and Molino Grassi in Emilia-Romagna.

Every shape of dry pasta offered at Eataly is extruded through a bronze mold and dried at controlled temperatures for 24-48 hours to ensure pasta of the perfect consistency to stick to sauce. In addition to our selection of dry pasta, our shelves are stocked with Arborio and Carnaroli rice for the perfect risotto, as well as other grains like farro, barley, and Kamut.
