Rossopomodoro Pizza Class

Join us as we give you the tools to recreate Eataly's delicious, Neapolitan-style pizza in your own home kitchen! 
Our pizzaioli are passionate about making authentic pizza that transports your tastebuds to the city of Naples, the birthplace of pizza. One of our expert pizza makers will host a pizza party right in Eataly's La Pizza & La Pasta Restaurant, instructing guests how to make pizza dough from scratch. In these intimate, in-person workshops, guests will not only get to make their own dough, but will also get to top their own pizzas to enjoy. Our pizzaioli will fire guests’ creations right before their eyes in Eataly’s wood-burning golden ovens, imported from Italy and assembled brick by brick in our pizza restaurant. 

Pizza making secrets will be unveiled to each guest and the experience will also feature two complementary glasses of wine or beer. Class will be complete with adapted recipes and tasting notes as well as fresh pizza dough to take home!

The safety and well being of our guest is of the highest priority. Upon making your pizza you will have your own set of ingredients, and will be seated with just your party for your personal pizza, and two glasses of wine.
