Pizza Napoletana Seminar with Mario LaPosta

Join us as at Eataly for a special class with Chef Mario LaPosta, where we will give you an insider’s view into how to nail the delicious Neapolitan-style pizza!

About Chef and Pizzaiolo Mario:

Mario LaPosta lived and worked in Rome and Campania, where he began making pizza at 15 years old. He then became famous in the US with over 20 years of professional experience in some of the Northeast’s best restaurants. Two years ago, he opened his own pizzeria called 'Pizzeria Artigianale da LaPosta'.

In this class you will:

• Learn the basics of making traditional Neapolitan-style Pizza 
• Enjoy your pizza creation
• Sip Italian wine perfectly paired with a small platter of Salumi & Formaggi
• Take home with you the recipe card and tasting notes

Class duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes. Please note, the level of hands-on participation differs from class to class.
