About Chef and Pizzaiolo Mario:
Mario LaPosta lived and worked in Rome and Campania, where he began making pizza at 15 years old. He then became famous in the US with over 20 years of professional experience in some of the Northeast’s best restaurants. Two years ago, he opened his own pizzeria called 'Pizzeria Artigianale da LaPosta'.
In this class you will:
Class duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes. Please note, the level of hands-on participation differs from class to class. All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older.
