Orange Blossom Honey 1 oz

The Miele Thun Orange Honey produced in April is a satisfying, clear-colored honey varying from straw yellow to white or light beige if crystallized, with a fragrance reminiscent of orange blossoms, honeysuckle flowers and notes of hawthorn and melon. With time the flavor takes on additional delicately fruity and slightly acidic tones. It crystallizes spontaneously a few months after harvest into various sized grains.
It is ideal for sweetening and aromatizing yogurt, whipped cream, cream-based desserts, mascarpone, and ricotta cheese.
