The Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP from Compagnia Del Montale is a rich and aromatic balsamic vinegar with the right degree of acidity. This Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP is obtained using only selected grapes from the region of Emilia Romagna, between the Panaro and Secchia rivers, and it is aged in oak barrels.
It is great with aged cheeses like Parmigiano Reggiano DOP and salads.
