The Centonze mill is in Castelvetrano, a small town close to Trapani, in the region of Sicilia. This Organic Olive Oil has an intense green color with golden-yellow glints. On the palate, it has a persistent flavor of spice and herbs. Well-balanced with a pleasing aftertaste of green tomato and almond, this oil boasts a medium-intense fruity flavor that is round and full.
