Produced with slowly cooked must from organic grapes, this exquisite Organic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP is made following the Giusti's family tradition, using more cooked grape must to obtain a greater sweetness and lower acidity than condiments with greater amounts of wine vinegar. The grape must in this product is 100% organic, obtained from sustainable farming practices, and the wine vinegar is 100% organic. Aged in oak barrels and barriques, the resulting vinegar obtains a strong balsamic flavor, releases the flavor of plum jam and red fruits with hints of honey and vanilla, and boasts delicate aromas dictated by the different wood barrels it is aged in.
It is great with fresh cheeses like mozzarella, burrata, and ricotta, aged cheeses like Parmigiano Reggiano DOP, fresh stuffed pasta, sliced beef fillets, fresh seasonal fruit, and desserts.
